What is Paperspring?
Paperspring AI is a research agent that writes your paper for you. You enter your topic in about 2 minutes. Then it searches scholarly databases on its own for hours, downloads and reads the full texts, and writes your paper with citations that point to the exact page.
You get it by email as a Word file and a PDF, up to 200 pages long, with APA 7 citations and a full reference list.

Is there a Paperspring app?
The Paperspring app runs in your browser on any device, so there is nothing to download or install. Open paperspring.ai on your phone or laptop, enter your topic and pay. Everything after that, from a question about your order to the delivery and your changes, happens by email.
Are the sources real?
Yes. Paperspring cites sources it found in scholarly databases and verified against the original: it downloads the full text, reads it and notes the passage it cites, with the page number. An article it cannot verify is skipped.
The reference list is formatted in APA 7, so you can look up every source and check every quote yourself.
How long does it take?
Your part takes about 2 minutes. After you pay, Paperspring works on its own for a few hours: the measured median is about 3 hours from payment to delivery. Long papers take longer.
If it emails you a question, it waits for your answer and then continues.
Will it ask me anything?
Only if something about your order is unclear. Then it emails you a short question, at most two rounds. Reply to the email or upload a file.
If you don't answer within 24 hours, it finishes your paper with what it has.
Can I use my own sources?
Yes. You can upload up to 150 PDFs per paper, for example the readings from your syllabus. Paperspring reads them and cites them with page numbers, next to the sources it finds itself. You can also tell it to use only your files.
How do changes work?
Reply to the delivery email and say what you want changed, in plain words. The revised paper comes back by email.
Changes are unlimited and free within 3 days of delivery (7 days for papers over 30 pages).
How much does it cost?
You pay once per paper, with no subscription: $49.99 for up to 40 pages, $69.99 for 41 to 60 pages, $99.99 for 61 to 200 pages. You see the price before you pay.

What if I'm not happy with my paper?
First, reply with what you'd like changed. That is free and unlimited within the revision window.
If you are still not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery by emailing support@paperspring.ai. The money-back guarantee can be used once per customer; the details are in §7 of our Terms.

Will my paper pass AI detectors?
We don't promise a score on any AI detector: detectors disagree with each other and change often. What Paperspring does promise is that every claim in your paper is backed by a real source with a page number, so you can show where it comes from.
Use your paper in line with your school's academic-integrity rules.
Is my order private?
You don't need an account. We only need your email address to deliver your paper and handle your changes, and your paper is never published.
How we process your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
