If you are not satisfied with the result, you can request a full refund of the amount you paid within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Each customer can use this guarantee once, regardless of the order.
Send your request by email to support@paperspring.ai. The refund goes back to your original payment method and can take up to 20 business days to process. An accidental duplicate payment for the same order is always refunded and does not count as using the guarantee.
How paying works
You pay once at the end of the order form, in a secure checkout by Stripe. There is no account to create and no subscription: nothing is charged again later.
